The Scanmaster UK Process
Our process is very simple and very inexpensive as we use latest technology. So here is how it works....
As a client, you complete our online Order Submission Form detailing the equipment that is the subject of the finance proposal, its location and any other details needed by us to locate and photograph it.

The Scanmaster UK Process
In order to carry out the Totally Independent Asset Inspection, Scanmaster UK Ltd uses a national photographic field force whose photographers call on your clients to photograph the equipment.
The photographer checks the identification marks on the equipment against those quoted on the order form and photographs them
The remainder of the set of nine photographs will be taken in order to give the you the client, a complete and accurate picture of the equipment.
The Photo Certificate
Upon completion the photographer will sign the photo certificate to confirm that the equipment' photographed, matches the details on the order sheet.

This document is sent electronically as a PDF file to the finance company.
The photo certificate incorporates high resolution images into it, allowing the images to be magnified within your PDF viewing software.
